Two High-Level Events will mark the end of February and gather hundreds of stakeholders in Brussels: the Circular Economy Stakeholders Conference and the Second EU Industry Day.
The Circular Economy Stakeholders Conference (20-21 February) will gather industry representatives, public authorities, NGOs and citizens to discuss upcoming targets and explore new areas of action. This will be also the place to discover the first achievements of the European Circular Economy Stakeholder Platform. Building on experiences shared through this platform, attendees will discover new circular alternatives and engage in the transition toward a low-carbon society.
New peak in Commission’s efforts to highlight the key role of the European industry will be reached with the Second edition of the EU Industry Day (22-23 February). This year it includes stakeholders’ workshops on 22nd and high-level debates gathering experts and key-note speakers on 23rd. The event will present the latest updates on the Commission’s approach to the Industrial Policy Strategy, and allow a discussion on concrete future actions to improve the European industrial competitiveness. Furthermore, organisations and public authorities across Europe will have the opportunity to organise local, regional or national events under the “European Industry Week” brand.
