  • Identifying and describing competence in new selected professions (competency framework).

Developing and testing a training program for selected competencies.

The implementation of the above actions will allow to achieve the main goal of the project and also in the longer term, it will increase the knowledge and skills of SME staff in the hydrogen sector as part of vocational education and training.

This will help Partners to stimulate the share the knowledge and experience between European Union countries in the hydrogen sector area.

The project implements a priority concerning the environment and the awareness around climate change, as an element of building knowledge, skills, and attitudes in the field of climate and sustainable development in the EU.

Building the potential of SME staff also supports the care for a high-quality value chain in the hydrogen economy.

It also responds to the needs of the labour market primarily in the energy, transport, and industry sectors, which will be most affected by the development of hydrogen technologies.

The project and its results are focused on developing competence in the field of sustainable development in SMEs (in the context of the hydrogen industry). The training program developed in the project will realistically contribute to increasing the knowledge and skills of SME staff in the hydrogen sector. It will also impact managing changes in SMEs in a dynamically changing economic environment, e.g., resource saving, reducing consumption and energy waste, compensating greenhouse gas emissions, etc. The added value will also be the project's impact on all stakeholders, not only SME staff but also the broader business environment, NGOs, public sector, etc.
