ECRN is glad to announce that our network has become a signatory to the #CohesionAlliance and its declaration. As an energetic advocate for a strong Cohesion Policy after 2020 and a strong regional participation in it, ECRN endorses the principles of the declaration.

The #CohesionAlliance is a coalition of those who believe that EU cohesion policy must continue to be a pillar of the EU’s future. The Alliance was created through cooperation between the leading European associations of cities and regions and the European Committee of the Regions.

ECRN joins this family in order to promote its vision for the future of Cohesion Policy as a well-resourced policy, involving all European regions.

Currently, the Alliance is open for joining by both legal entities and individuals.
