On 2 February 2023, ECRN launched the second Regional Partnership for Skills under the Pact for Skills. By establishing the first Regional Partnership for Skills in the chemicals sector, ECRN shows its commitment to working at a regional level to ensure the sustainable competitiveness, social fairness and resilience of the European chemical sector.

ECRN, with the support of ECORYS, developed this survey to better understand the needs and challenges in the chemical skills at regional and local level.
