ECRN is proud to announce that it will assume the honorary patronage of the upcoming Polish Chemical Industry Congress, scheduled to take place in Cracow on 29-30 May 2025.
The Polish Chemistry Congress is the largest and most important event for the chemical industry in Poland and Central Europe. Organised by the Polish Chamber of Chemical Industry (PIPC), an associate member of ECRN, the Congress will gather hundreds of representatives from business, science, public administration, and industry organisations.
Maria Dolors Núñez, Technology Opportunity Analysis Team Leader at ACCIÓ (Catalan Competitiveness Agency), will represent ECRN at Chemical Industry Package Roundtable.
This year’s edition coincides with Poland’s presidency of the Council of the European Union under the theme “Safety, Europe!” and comes at a time of major economic and political changes impacting the chemical sector. Discussions will focus on strengthening competitiveness, deregulation, energy transition, decarbonisation, infrastructure investments, research, innovation, and digital development.
